NYC IA Meetup, this Wed. (Nov. 15th)

It's time again for the monthly NYC IA Meetup. Regardless of if
you're a veteran or new to information architecture, stop by the Vig
Bar in SoHo for informal discussion and to make new contacts.

IxD Metrics

Hi all,
Forgive me if this has been talked about on the list and I missed
it. But... I've had several discussions with folks recently about the
evaluation of "good" interaction design. One side of the debate seems
to side with efficiency metrics: completion times, error rates,
reduced interruptions, etc.
