how not to introduce a project change: lesson learned from NBA basketball experience

What if you introduced a design change in a product, heard immediate
complaints from established users, and then users' fingers started bleeding
and hurting so badly they had to tape them a few months into the adoption?

Washington, DC IxDA Meet & Greet

We're having a meet, greet, and plan meeting next Wednesday, 12/13 from 6-7pm.

The agenda is to meet people, greet people, and throw out some ideas
for events for next year.

Motorola Motofone User Experience

I just visited this website that Motorola put together describing how they
created the User Experience for their new Motofone...their is an incredible
focus on the design process including profiles of the designers on the
project. Unfortunately, there are not that many photos of the actual screen
UI...just descriptions of it and discussion of the inspiration which is good
and bad.
