converting flash files to SVG?

Anybody know how to convert an interactive flash file to SVG?

I'm not seeing that magical "export to SVG" option in Flash 8.

[IxDA] Linkedin's navigation

Hi
I'm a big fan of Linkedin's navigation. I find it really easy and helpful.
However some of my colleagues find it really confusing.
In what ways can it be better? Has anyone faced a problem that really
irritated them? Is there a better way of doing the IA?
