I don't know what to call this, but I'm searching for any literature,
knowledge or what-have-you on the "user awareness lifecycle."
Sales folks have models for prospecting:
Awareness, Interest, Consideration, Purchase, Support (and so forth)
Where their prospects are in the awareness lifecycle helps them manage
their time, focus their attentions in the right way, and so forth.
Has anyone seen a similar extension of the lifecycle to the user
experience?

Awareness, Interest, Consideration, Purchase, Receipt, OOBE, 1st Use,
1st Support, 1st disappointm
