IxDA Quoting

I've been working on a couple experimental additions to the
discussion list that I think are ready to see the light of day.
They're designed to make it easier to selectively quote text from a
thread into your replies from the website. Try the quoting
bookmarklet for Safari and Firefox or the quote feature for iPhone
and iPod Touch.

User stories vs. user personas

Hi All,

From what I understand it seems like user stories are a subset of user personas - how do they differ? when is one more appropriate to use than the other?

Thanks,
Oliver

Hate. Perhaps the strongest and darkest of our emotions. It pours out as

Portfolios2

Part 2

The other thing I will add, I have rarely (E)mailed in my portfolio
along with the resume and cover letter. I think this approach to
recruiting does a disservice to good designers that may not be in a
place to do high profile or high glitz work (and yes, that has been
me at times). To expect a recruiting agent or frankly, even a hiring
manager to thoughtfully review your portfolio (along with 100
others?) and think through the interaction problem and solution is
just silly. They review too many... and rarely have that sort of
time.
