Omnigraffle IA stencils

Hi all,
For once - a non-snarky Will post. As of this week, I have made the
complete switch to Mac - and after installing Omnigraffle (new OS, new
machine, new everything including new way of doing wireframing and
sitemapping), I am on the hunt for all site mapping and wireframing
stencils.

Gorgeous Mobile UI eye-candy

Hello,

I am working on designing a mobile application, and I am trying to spark
some inspiration from good designs by previous designers - does anyone know
where I can find a gallery of cool, good looking mobile UI concepts, even if
wildly unrealistic? I'm just trying to get out of the paradigm I've become
stuck in.

Live.com and font size

Hi there,

I have a question (may be if there designers of Live.com services they
will answer it):

Why many of Live.com sections and services use small font size (about
11px in browsers I have).
I've though it common wisdom to go with at least 12px for main content.

Few examples:
- http://publisher.live.com
- http://help.live.com

I'm not pointing finger to anybody, just trying to understand logic
behind such decision.

Quality Assurance in a Web group

Does anyone have any feedback on attributes that work best or even better
practices in unleashing a QA person in an UCD environment?

My company needs to step up the quality of our deliverables but we are
concerned that we may need to be taking additional items into consideration
as we seek the right QA candidate.
