Help on User profiling and Persona

Hello members,

I need to do User profiling and build personas based on Printing habits and
the needs eg: printing photos, print travel tickets etc.. I am planning to
categorize four levels of user profiles, that is Housewives, working
men/women, students and retired men/women...I would like to know what are
the common criterias required for building User profile and persona. I would
appreciate any additional inputs/reference to this.

Paper Form Design & Usability

Can anyone recommend best practices and guidelines for the design of paper forms - not printed online forms, but stand-alone paper forms, filled in by hand.

Urgent Request: Examples of great Ix copy

I'm looking for really friendly, perhaps even self-effacing and humorous
copy online.

So examples of great, useful and friendly error messaging, interaction
guidance and just the kind of tone-of-voice that makes you sit-up and think
"this isn't a faceless corporate/sale/traditional site experience".

All suggestions hotly anticipated and greatfully rec'd.
