The 9th international MEX (http://pmn.co.uk/mex/) is in London on 4th - 5th May 2011. It will once again bring together the leading minds in mobile user experience to learn, network and create new ideas.
This is a reminder our 2-for-1 early bird offer on MEX tickets expires on 27th January 2011: buy 1 ticket and we'll give you another 1 for a colleague, client or partner.
There's never been a better time to share the MEX experience.
I'm looking for examples of mobile applications, preferably for iOS and Android operating systems, for use in industrial settings, as opposed to consumer applications. I'm especially interested in tablet applications, but would love to see smartphone examples as well. Apps used for realtime geographical tracking, data logging, workflow, job tasking, and inventory tracking are the types of things I'm interested in. Tools for military, law enforcement, and emergency services would also help.
I'm working on a project that has to do with Animations and motions for the mobile.
I've gone thru the principles of animation by Disney and a lot of content on User Interfaces and Animation but have not really found any resources that are completely or almost completely dedicated to animations for mobile.
Anyone aware of anything in this context? Would be a great help!
Hi my client is thinking about creating a mobile friendly version for their site and I have been tasked with finding demographic, type of device usage data.
I will also include competitive analysis, best practices, and possibly persona information to the client as well.
If some has done a lot of this research or can point in thr right direction I would really appreciate it.
Thanks in advance!
I'd love to hear your feedback on the 6 Pathways, or from those who want
to get involved as speakers, participants or sponsors. We also have
some scholarship places available for students & start-ups.
The new MEX is based around 6 Pathways. These are ongoing initiatives
designed to create fresh knowledge for the community, spanning pre-event
blog posts, our Twitter feed, the 2 day event itself and a post-event
