How universities (Teaching staff, students, Librarians) had to move digital from books/ journal to ebooks and ejournals. According to our study from the publishing industry we have seen an increase in digital use among the universities and how did we help the educational institutes have a better user journey while using digital learning as we moved and transformed into digital world keeping accessibility into consideration.
