Youth employability is one the major challenges the world is facing today. We at Quest Alliance, work with Industrial Training Institutes in India to address the same. In our experience of working with the I.T.I.’s so far, we have come to an understanding that students do not have adequate exposure of the possibilities of the world of work they are getting into. The idea of Career Quest was born with the intent of addressing the above issue. We didn’t want to take the role of a preacher but wanted to create something that was engaging, educative and exploratory in itself.
