Talk 2: Show me the Money: Tracking the ROI of your Ideas

This talk explores NNG’s method for assessing the ROI of your product proposals. It delves into how to strategically benchmark your product’s user experience, track improvements, and compare it with competitors.

In essence, this approach offers an actionable plan to benchmark and determine the return on investment for your product or service, highlighting the value of your ideas to stakeholders or clients.

Gloria Rivera Marcano is a UX Designer at Olavstoppen who combines deep expertise in user research, usability measurement, and product design to help organizations create solutions that deliver measurable value.
