Zach Bailes, a Senior UX Designer at Honeywell and a Certified Professional in Accessible Core Competencies, spearheads the Forge UI design system for Honeywell’s Connected Enterprise division. Additionally, he leads the accessibility workstream or Honeywell worldwide.

Allie Paschal, a UX Designer at Honeywell, is a Certified Professional in Accessible Core Competencies and a Section 508 Trusted Tester. She plays a key role in creating and evaluating products that adhere to this standard, ensuring inclusivity in user experiences.
