Vilia Ingriany is a creative & strategic design leader, and co-founder of Sixty Two — Southeast Asia’s product innovation studio that’s committed to bringing positive change through design. Vilia holds a degree in Software Engineering and has worked in software development and design in Canada, the United States, and Southeast Asia within industries spanning from public to private sectors, having worked with amazing organizations such as; Nokia, Grab, World Resources Institute, the World Bank, Fantasy, 23andMe, Twitter, and HP just to name a few. Vilia crafts positive and impactful digital experiences by using service design methodologies to plan design strategies and execute with a strong approach in interaction design and usability, and she’s now focusing on contributing to the betterment of SEA through her work at Sixty Two and its latest initiative, Project Lima, to put forth great design, increase credibility and recognition for the region, and center the product development in the region.
Mega leads the UI/UX team at Jenius, Indonesia’s first digital bank. With her team at Jenius, digital banking was introduced to Indonesia, transforming the country’s banking sector and inspiring other banks to follow their lead. With her years of design experience in digital advertising agencies, start-ups and in the financial sector, she truly understands the importance of human-centered design in solving business needs and its impact on simplifying peoples’ lives.
A journey of digital banking transformation through the lens of a recent collaboration between Sixty Two and BTPN on its well-loved product, Jenius. We are going to touch on how Jenius, considered one of the first “Digital-First” banking experiences in Indonesia, quickly transformed consumers’ financial behavior from the day of its inception, and how the proactive insight-led approach helped transformed the product and its internal culture once again in its recent revamp effort.
