In this talk, I share our learnings from researching and designing a new experience for the world’s biggest CRM. During the project, we had to align our business needs, industry standards, and user expectations to create a new, fast, and smooth solution for salespeople. We also had to consider requests from thousands of users, each with different needs and use cases.
