During the session, I will talk about how at DBS Bank we don’t just design best-in-class customer experiences but also best-in-class employee experiences. I will take the audience through steps that companies should take in order to think end-to-end/ total experiences and why employee experiences are critical to identifying gaps in customer and employee interactions.
