Our learnings from this experience are helping us contribute toward diversity at scale, and developing a more inclusive culture.Debra Herschmann, Managing Director of Digital Experience Design at J.P. Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank will discuss how she has built a 150 person team which is diverse in gender, race and orientation as well as in background and experience. She will explain how having a diverse team helps create better, more inclusive solutions for the bank’s customers. Debra is a leader on J.P. Morgan’s Women on the Move program and co-chairs the Digital & Platform Services Diversity & Inclusion Council, and will share some of their recent initiatives.
