Amélie Bissonnette-Montminy
My role as a facilitator is to drive chaos and complexity. Focused on the intersection of design thinking, team dynamics, and digital experiences, I like to expose emerging patterns and leverage them to help teams achieve their goals. As a design thinker, I firmly believe that diversity is essential to leading successful projects and cultures.

Sylvain Jacques
As the Product Design Director, my role is to establish the team’s vision but also guide individual team members into new exciting territories. As a designer, what drives me the most is finding that unique insight, the competitive edge and infallible user experience. As a manager, what motivates me is setting up a structure that allows team members to experiment, evolve, and have confidence in themselves.
