As humans, we are relatively very smart, yet we have many limitations, biases and often make bad decisions. Most of us don’t know the science that explains our intelligence, beliefs and decisions. Businesses are interested in designing and developing artificial intelligent (AI) experiences rather than understanding human intelligence. How is it possible to design AI experiences when we don’t know how human intelligence works?
