eCare is a platform that helps caregivers arrange their work, while also reducing their workload by analyzing transportation times between work locations. Families can select caregivers based on care quality needs, which motivates caregivers to invest and compete for work. The platform allows both of them to easily view and update the elderly’s status, and longterm care agencies can dispatch temporary caregivers during emergencies. eCare strengthens the service relationship between caregivers, long-term care institutions, and families, alleviating the care pressure for all parties and increasing caregivers’ willingness to work.
