I am a senior UX, CX, Service & Strategic Designer at Scania Group in Sweden. I am also co-founder and core team member of VW group digital meetups. Besides, I am involved in Design Leadership & Mentorship on a global scale via various roles such as IxDF Europe Manager and ambassador of UX awards. I am also helping academia as a chosen mentor for Stockholm School of Economics and Lund University. I am honored to be a trustee and an elected board member of Scania Akademikerföreningen. Furthermore, I am part of Scania Leadership and transition journey working groups of AF, following my passion for Customer Experience and Design Thinking towards sustainable improvement co-creation of Scania Employee Experience.
