As the world shifts towards online working from home systems, we find ourselves deflated and tired. Often unable to focus. That’s because traditionally, office space was not associated with fun. It was our duty to perform and get paid. This had nothing to do with the sense of accomplishment or interactive fun. I believe that the only way forward for the corporate structures to exist is to gamify the office experience and find a way to turn work into a game serving higher purpose. More and more people started looking for a meaning, they want to serve something bigger than themselves. We are experiencing a breakthrough and the only way the employees can feel solidarity with each other is by contributing to a higher purpose.
