Keynote: Why robots haven’t replaced humans in healthcare
While the field of healthcare is ancient, digital tools are just beginning to redefine how doctors and patients interact. Machines are beginning to replace some of the jobs that humans once did, but this transition has been slower and more limited than we’ve seen in other fields. In this talk, we’ll examine how designers are creating hybrid systems of humans and machines in a system that is complex, technical, and ultimately human.
